Hrithik Roshan’s parents Rakesh Roshan & Pinkie Roshan receive first dose of Covid-19 vaccine

Hrithik Roshan’s parents Rakesh and Pinkie Roshan received their first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. The couple were all smiles as they received their vaccine shots. They even encouraged everyone to get their shot of the Covid-19 vaccine. Rakesh and Pinkie took to their social media handles to share the update with their fans and loved ones.

Rakesh was seen flashing a thumbs up in the picture as the nurse gave him the vaccine. Pinkie also shared pictures with Rakesh as she got her first shot of the vaccine. Hrithik’s parents were applauded by their followers for taking the responsible step.

Rakesh took to his Instagram handle and shared a picture of him which he captioned as, “Unique day once in our lifetime 4321, 4th March 21 to get vaccinated GO AHEAD(sic).”

Hrithik’s mother Pinkie also took to her Instagram handle and wrote, “#Covieshield vaccine taken#its better to shield than to expose#?(sic).”

Meanwhile, last month, Rakesh opened up about his cancer journey on the occasion of World Cancer Day. The Krrish franchise director told Times Of India, “It was not giving me any trouble- no pain, no burn, nothing. I don’t know why but I had a gut feeling that such an obstinate blister can only be cancer. I told my gut feeling even to the doctor.” The filmmaker revealed that he knew he had cancer even before he went for the test.
