Hrithik Roshan preferred Wax Masks for ‘Krrish 3’

The Roshan’s have gone all out for their franchisee ‘Krrish 3’ without worrying about the costs. It seems that they opted for wax masks as they were much more realistic and comfortable. But as India is very hot the masks used to get distorted very fast, so Hrithik ended up using 5 to 6 masks in a day.

As per sources, “Special make-up artistes were called in to stick it to Hrithik’s face. They were present on the sets round-the-clock because the masks weren’t easy to manage. While shooting in hot and humid conditions in India — in the film studios in Hyderabad, and in Mumbai, the mask would get distorted and start melting. This was because of the high temperature and in a day, Hrithik would end up changing five to six masks.”

Apparently when Rakesh Roshan and Hrithik Roshan heard about such a mask, they immediately decided to use them despite the high cost incurred.
