Did Hrithik Roshan quit ‘Shuddhi’ due to personal problems?

Superstar Hrithik Roshan had wanted to take a break from work as he was going through  an emotional turmoil due to his separation   from his wife Sussanne Roshan .  Hrithik who had injured himself while carrying out an action sequence for ‘Bang Bang’ had to undergo surgery for a blood clot in his brain.,it had lead to rumours that he  he intended to exit the action caper.  But the makers were sure he’d honour his commitment.  So at present he is in Shimla completing the shooting schedule of  his movie ‘Bang Bang’.

As per sources , He has already begun work on ‘Bang Bang’ as there was no way out. but has backed out of ‘Shuddhi’, a reincarnation film he kept postponing due to unavoidable circumstances. His statement on ‘Shuddhi’ is  “Karan Malhotra and I have decided to unite in the most ambitious way post ‘Shuddhi’. For now, I cannot allow a vision like Shuddhi to stagnate any further. I had the finest experience as an actor can have working with Karan M in Agneepath and I’m sure both my dear Karans (Johar and Malhotra) are going to go beyond with this one! Shuddhi remains a part of me in spirit and I’m sure it will be a landmark in our cinema. I wish them all the best!”
Sources further added that recently K Jo had said that there will be  change of Cast for ‘Shuddhi’ and as per rumours, they might sign Ranveer Singh or Ranbir Kapoor to replace Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone is the likely choice to replace Kareena Kapoor for the film.
Now that Hrithik himself has issued a statement we think it is quite possible that there is going to be a change of cast.
