Ayushmann Khurrana and Vaani Kapoor starrer Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui was released in theatres on Friday. The Abhishek Kapoor directed film Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui received a positive review from the critics as well as the audience. A few Bollywood celebrities also went ahead to watch the unique story featuring Ayushmann in a never-seen-before avatar of a Punjabi gym trainer and Vaani essaying the role of a trans woman. Actor Hrithik Roshan, who watched Chandigarh Kare Aashqui has given his review on the film.

Taking to Twitter, Hrithik heaped praise on Ayushmann for his performance in Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui. Roshan called Khurrana ‘one of the finest actors of Indian cinema’. The Fighter actor wrote, “You are one of the finest actors of Indian cinema my friend!! It’s been a long time since I got inspired like this. Love it when it happens! Roshan even penned a special message for Vaani Kapoor. He wrote, “My dear dear Vaani! You were the heart and soul of #ChandigarhKareAshiqui ufff you are too too good! (sic)” The actor also heaped praised on Abhishek Kapoor for the movie.

Meanwhile, Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui got a decent opening at the box office on the first day, but the film witnessed growth on Day 2. Actress Rakul Preet Singh also heaped praise on the Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui team and cast and lauded them.
