Hrithik Roshan to dance to ‘Aashiqui’ track as a tribute

Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan, is all set to dance to a recreated song of 90’s hit film Aashiqui. The actor will be dancing to the song ‘Dheere Dheer Se’, as a tribute to Gulshan Kumar of T-Series fame. To top it he is doing it without charging a penny. The movie that starred Rahul Roy and Anu Agarwal was produced by Gulshan Kumar.

The news was revealed by Gulshan Kumar’s son Bhushan Kumar, who said, “‘Dheere Dheere Se’ was my father’s favorite track and when I took the Yo Yo Honey Singh recomposed version to Hrithik, the superstar did not bat an eyelid and agreed to dance to the recreated version as his tribute to my father the late Gulshan Kumar. Both Hrithik and Honey Singh have not charged money for the video.”

The original was composed by Nadeem Shravan and sung by Kumar Sanu, the new version is composed and sung by Yo Yo Honey Singh, to which Hrithik Roshan will dance to. The recreated version of ‘Dheere Dheere Se’ from ‘Ashiqui’ will be shot in Turkey and released on the 25th anniversary of ‘Aashiqui’ as a tribute to Gulshan Kumar who was shot dead in 1997.
