Hrithik Roshan’s next film runs into a legal trouble

Till now Hrithik Roshan’s next untitled film directed by Sanjay Gupta has made it to headlines due to its suspense over the leading lady of the film. With the rumors making the rounds that Hrithik’s ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham’ co-star Kareena Kapoor Khan rejecting to star opposite him in this untitled film, people are now speculating  who would director Sanjay Gupta choose, to be the lead actress opposite Hrithik Roshan. But before putting an end to this speculation, we have now learnt that the film is going through some legal trouble.

According to the latest reports, a complaint has been filed against the makers of this film in Indian Film and TV Producers Council. This complaint has been filed by Sudhanshu Pandey, who claims that he is the writer of the story. Further, the reports say that this film was first gone to Ekta Kapoor but when Sanjay Gupta discussed this story with the Roshans, Ekta and Sudhanshu were kept aside while Sanjay and Rakesh Roshan, who is the producer of this film, decided to go ahead with the project. Now, the writer Sudhanshu Pandey has filed a complaint in IFTPC over the same.

Hrithik Roshan reportedly wanted to start shooting for this in January but with film running into a legal trouble, Hrithik’s wish to start shooting soon seems to be difficult.

Apart from this, Greek God of Bollywood would be seen in a film titled ‘Mohenjo Daro’ which is an epic adventure love story helmed by Ashutosh Gowariker.
