‘I take on an average about two dozen selfies a day,’ says Ranveer Singh

Ranveer Singh’s energy is infectious and every time this enthusiastic star makes an appearance, we all get charged up. So he recently attended an event and as expected, he was high on energy. It was a phone launch event and the handsome hunk spoke about how he is obsessed with his phone, taking selfies. Ranveer’s social media handles are proof that this man cannot NOT click selfies. Be it in the gym, at events or simply outside his house meeting friends or fans, clicking selfies is always on his mind and this is something that even he accepted at this event. He stated that he clicks about two dozen selfies in a day, or at times, the number even reaches to 50 or 100.

“I take on an average about two dozen selfies a day. Sometimes it goes to 50 to 100 and on days like this, I take hundreds or more. I am an authority on selfies, I can say that safely,” he quipped.

But all of this because social media has become a platform of high importance to people. He stated, “Nowadays people can’t wrap their head around how big social media has become, but it is the way the world is. In this sort of day and age with Instagram and Snapchat and other social media sites, the selfie has really become a big thing.”

Ranveer would next be seen in ‘Padmavati’ alongside Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor. The film is expected to release in the month of November.
