IB71 Trailer: Vidyut Jammwal brings an intriguing story

The trailer of the most anticipated spy thriller of the year IB 71 is out! Vidyut Jammwal plays the role of an Intelligence Bureau (IB) agent who goes on a mission to save the nation. He unveils India’s top-secret mission with his first production. From thrilling sequences to edge-of-the-seat suspense, IB 71 has it all. The film also stars Anupam Kher and Vishal Jethwa in prominent roles.

The trailer launch for the film was rather interesting. The team took over the city in IB 71 branded cars from all around the country. Seeing how the team stayed true to the theme of the film was quite thrilling for the fans to witness.

Talking about the film, Jammwal said, “IB 71 is a story about the most classified mission that gave us an advantage in the 1971 Indo-Pak war. I am thrilled to bring this story of our IB (Intelligence Bureau) officers who are the true unsung heroes of India.”

Director Sankalp Reddy says, “ After The Ghazi Attack, IB 71 is yet another story that helped us win the 1971 Indo-Pak war. I was shocked when Vidyut came to me with this story. I really appreciate the way Vidyut has stepped out of his comfort zone for this film and decided to take up an unconventional role for the first time. I am glad to have the opportunity to work with such powerful performers like Anupam Sir, Vishal Jethwa and a great ensemble.”

IB 71 is presented by Gulshan Kumar‘s T-Series Film and Reliance Entertainment. The thriller is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Action Hero Films and Reliance Entertainment. National award winner Sankalp Reddy directs the film.
