If ever there’s a biopic on Yuvraj Singh, the cricketer wants this star to essay his character

With biopics being in trend, there’s a wild guess that the next one would be on the life of the cricketer Yuvraj Singh. The cricketer, who was in the news lately for his out-of-the-box wedding with his lady love Hazel Keech, has had a dreadful life battling cancer. But like a true warrior he fought the disease and emerged victorious. So a film on his life would be great, but who should essay his role? Here’s the answer… Yuvraj Singh wants Akshay Kumar to be on-screen Yuvraj Singh in his biopic.

On Neha Dhupia’s talk show #NoFilterNeha, Yuvraj revealed that he would like to see Akshay donning his hat in the biopic. Yuvraj was quoted saying, “Well I don’t know who relates to me the best but as a Punjabi boy I think Akshay fits in that category.” Going the number of hit biopics, Akshay has delivered, he sure seems to be the best option to play Yuvi on-screen.

But anyway, as of now Yuvi’s biopic is just a thought, let’s wait and watch whether this thought materializes or not.
