IIFA 2023: Abhishek Bachchan, Farhan Akhtar and Maniesh Paul to host the prestigious event

Abhishek Bachchan, Farhan Akhtar and Maniesh Paul will be hosting the prestigious IIFA Weekend and Awards. The news was shared by the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) on Monday. The IIFA 2023 will take place at Etihad Arena between February 9 and 11.

The 23rd edition of the award gala will once again be held in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi in the UAE. It will be a starry affair with Bollywood celebrities like Salman Khan, Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, Karan Johar and more set to be a part of IIFA 2023.

The news was shared by the official handle of IIFA on Instagram. Sharing the news they wrote, “Be a part of the most epic night filled with entertainment and witness #ManieshPaul, #AbhishekBachchan, and #FarhanAkthar in their element as hosts of #IIFA2023.#YasIsland #InAbuDhabi”

The Dasvi actor is quite excited about the upcoming event and says, “I’m ecstatic to be hosting the 23rd edition of IIFA at YAS Island, Abu Dhabi. IIFA is like family to me. I am looking forward to entertaining, meeting fans, and connecting with them globally.”

Farhan Akhtar also added, “IIFA is the only global platform that has travelled the world. It has bought cinema lovers closer from all across the globe. As always, I am looking forward to the next edition of IIFA Weekend and awards and am excited to be co-hosting the 23rd edition at Yas Island.”

Maniesh Paul said, “I’m super excited to be on the stage once again to host the 23rd edition of IIFA at Yas Island.  It’s going to be bigger and brighter with my super amazing co-hosts. Looking forward to enjoying it and having a lot of fun”.

IIFA 2023 will be held in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Tourism — Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) and Miral, one of the leading creators of immersive destinations and experiences in the UAE capital.
