IIFA Awards 2019: Deepika Padukone stuns in her purple ruffled gown; netizens ask ‘Is she pregnant?’

Gone are the days when leggy beauty Deepika Padukone used to play safe with her red carpet appearances. Ever since Deepika married her beau Ranveer Singh, it seems like his eccentric fashion choices have rubbed on her as well.

Last night, at the green carpet of IIFA awards, Deepika grabbed eyeballs with her stunning appearance as she came in wearing a splendid purple ruffled gown. Pictures and videos of the actress from the award show are all over the internet. And in one such viral picture, Deepika’s protruding tummy made her fans go crazy as they started speculating about her pregnancy.

Deepika chose to opt for something out of the box and hence appeared on the red carpet in a marvellous gown. The actress’ glammed up ensemble gave everyone MET gala feels. However, netizens couldn’t stop speculating about Deepika’s pregnancy because thanks to the camera angle they were shocked over her “baby bump”.

Well, this seems to be a case of wrong camera angle, because if Deepika and Ranveer were really expecting then they would not shy away from sharing the good news with their fans and followers.

On the work front, Deepika will be seen in hubby Ranveer’s next film ’83’. This is the first time post marriage when this couple will be sharing the screen space all over again. Deepika also has Meghna Gulzar‘s ‘Chhapaak’ in her kitty.
