After acting, Imran Khan is all set to don the director’s hat now

Ten years back, Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan‘s nephew Imran Khan had made his Bollywood debut with romantic-comedy ‘Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na’. After his debut, the actor went on to feature in several reputed director’s films. However, off late, we are getting very little of him to see on the silver screen.

Imran was last seen in Nikhil Advani‘s ‘Katti Batti’ that released three years back. The actor starred opposite Kangana Ranaut in this romantic comedy-drama. Post that apparently the actor took a break to concentrate on direction. For those who don’t know, Imran has a degree in Filmmaking from New York Film Academy.

A few days back stories of Imran shooting his first commercial for Karan Johar‘s productions Dharma 2.0 were doing rounds. And today putting all rumours to rest the actor took to his Instagram account and posted the following picture.

However, without revealing any details about his directorial debut, the actor just wrote, “Stay tuned”

Talking about Imran’s debut as a director, a source close to the development told DNA, “Imran recently directed an ad film for Karan Johar’s Dharma 2.0. He is also currently looking at scripts that he can direct.”

Now it has to be seen when his commercial will be out and also if the actor has found a script for his first feature film. We are also eager to know if mamu jaan Aamir Khan will be a part of his directorial debut. So guys until further details are out, stay tuned for more such interesting updates.
