On Imran Khan’s birthday, wife Avantika Malik sends her last ‘I love you’ to her estranged husband

Since last year, rumours of Imran Khan and Avantika Malik’s divorce has been doing the rounds. The couple has not spoken about it but it is clear that all is not well between the two. Amid the speculations of their divorce, Avantika shared a post that hints that this month be their last month together.

On Imran’s birthday, i.e today Avantika has shared a beautiful poem on her Instagram handle. The poem is by J. Warren Welch and it read, “At my last moment. In that small space. Between right now and forever. There will be no fear or regret just one last ‘I love you’ sent from my soul to yours.” Sharing the post, Avantika wrote, “#poetry #somedaysarelikethat.”

This is not the first time Avantika has posted a cryptic post. Earlier too, she shared posts like this on her social media handles.

The reason for their divorce is still unknown but earlier a source informed Pinkvilla saying, “Imran has not faced much luck as an actor. After ‘Katti Batti ‘ failed, offers started drying up and soon enough, he was left with no work. It’s been four years that the actor is at home, doing absolutely nothing. He wanted to turn a director but that also has not taken shape the way he envisioned. He just did a small short and that’s it.”

Avantika and Imran tied the knot in 2011. They have a daughter, Imara who was born in 2014.
