EXCLUSIVE: Imran Khan’s directorial debut project shelved?

When Imran Khan made his debut in Bollywood with ‘Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na’, he was touted as a star and proved his acting skills. However, things went sour for the actor post his debut venture and things trembled upside down.

His films including ‘Kidnap’, ‘Luck’, ‘Break Ke Baad’ bombed at the box office. It was his mamu jaan Aamir Khan who saved his sinking career by backing ‘Delhi Belly’.

However, despite that things didn’t work for Imran Khan. He however also decided to go behind the cameras and turn director. Unfortunately, to his bad, even that film never took off and if our sources are to be believed that project has been shelved. It seems only his mamu jaan can help him yet again. Unless Aamir intervenes and decides to do help him we wonder what would happen. Reports suggest that Aamir might rope in Imran Khan for his ambitious project ‘Mahabharat’ that is only getting bigger every day.
