In Pics: Amidst controversies, Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh play late night cricket

The multi-starrer film ‘Housefull 4‘ has been embroiled in several controversies due to the #MeToo movement. Because of this, the stars of ‘Housefull 4’ were under pressure. But now, looking at these pictures, one can surely assume that they are somewhat relieved.

The co-stars of ‘Housefull 4’, Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh, were seen teaming up with the Shiv Sena’s youth leader Aaditya Thackeray and cricketer Ajinkya Rahane for a late night cricket match. Riteish Deshmukh took to his Instagram account to share the picture from the cricket ground.

The actor captioned the post,” Late night cricket with @akshaykumar … thanks to @adityathackeray & don’t miss @ajinkyarahane on the extreme left who was only smashing sixes… so we made him the umpire… @saiyami my Mauli costar did smash a couple of sixes too… #CantWaitToDoThisAgain “.

Speaking about the film, the shooting schedule of ‘Housefull 4’ has been temporarily kept on hold. The captain of the ship, Sajid Khan was accused of sexually harassing several women. Also, the film primarily featured Nana Patekar in a pivotal role besides Akshay Kumar and other stars.

After these allegations on Nana Patekar and Sajid Khan, the ‘Housefull 4’ star Akshay Kumar had canceled his shoot for the film. But now, looking at these pictures, it seems like everything has become normal.
