Independence Day 2022: Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif hoist tricolor at home, share beautiful video

India is celebrating 75 years of Independence on August 15 2022. As part of Amrit Mahotsav, the national flag has been hoisted in each and every household. Many Bollywood celebs took to social media to wish their fans on the special day. Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif also celebrated 75 years of India’s Independence today. The much in love couple wished their fans by sharing a beautiful video to mark the special day.

Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif took to Instagram and shared a video of the National flag swaying in all its glory on his balcony. The Sardar Udham actor sharing the video used AR Rahman’s iconic song, Maa Tujhe Salaam. He wrote, “Happy independence day “.

The post shows the tricolour waving in the air, amid a beautiful backdrop of the sea, sand, clouds and palm trees. No sooner did the Masaan star share the video, his fans filled the comment section with love. While many fans wished him Happy Independence Day, a few others wrote ‘Jai Hind’.

Wife Katrina Kaif also shared the same video on her Instagram and wrote, “Happy 75 th Year of Independence ??”

On the work front, Vicky Kaushal has an interesting line-up of films. The actor will be seen next in Govinda Naam Mera with Bhumi Pednekar and Kiara Advani.  Next is Laxman Utekar’s yet-to-be-titled film with Sara Ali Khan. Vicky also has Meghna Gulzar’s Sam Bahadur, alongside Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra. The movie is a biopic based on the life of India’s first Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw. He will be seen in Anand Tiwari’s yet-to-be-titled movie with Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk in the lead.
