Ajay Devgn is one of the biggest superstars in our country. While the actor is busy with a busy lineup for the year, he reportedly purchased a bungalow in Juhu, Mumbai and the cost of it is sure to leave your mind boggled. As per a report, Ajay purchased the bungalow for a staggering 47.5 crores. rahe bungalow is spread across 474.4 square meters in Juhu. Earlier, there were reports that he bought it for 60 crores but now a revised total estimates to around 47.5 crores. He reportedly has also taken a loan of over 18 crores for rhe said property.
As per the same report in Bollywood Life, the plot purchased by Ajay is a part of the Kapole Cooperative Housing Society in Juhu and was transferred on Ajay’s name. The actor reportedly purchased the plot in May this year. As per reports, the size of the bungalow is 474.4 sq.m and has a constructed area of around 6,500 sq ft carpet.
Ajay has reportedly even paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.37 crore on the said property.
On the work front, Ajay Devgn’s last big hit was Tanhaji where he played the warrior. He will be next seen in Bhuj: The Pride Of India which also stars Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha, Nora Fatehi among others in pivotal roles. The film is set during the Indo-Pak war of 1971 and traces the heroic journey of IAF Squadron Leader Vijay Karnik. For those unaware, Vijay Karnik was in-charge of the Bhuj Airport during the 1971 Indo-Pak war. Ajay also has many other films in the pipeline including Golmaal franchise.
