Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant are all set to tie the knot this weekend in Mumbai and the pre-wedding festivities have already begun. After the Mameru ceremony, dandiya night, Sangeet and Haldi, a Shiv Shakti Puja was conducted last evening at Antilia followed by a Mehendi ceremony. While celebs like Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt, Janhvi Kapoor, and others were snapped arriving and exiting the residence, we now have some inside visuals of the festivities.

Last night’s pre-wedding function was steeped in tradition. Before the Mehendi ceremony began, the Ambanis – along with their family and close friends, seemed divine blessing by performing a Shiv Shakti puja. In an inside video shared from the event, we see Mukesh Ambani join Anant Ambani in doing the grand puja at their home, Antilia in Mumbai. The puja involved a nearly 4-storey tall Jyotirlinga and singer Amit Trivedi performing his hit track ‘Namo Namo’ live at the venue.

A video of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant interacting with one of the pandits at the puja has also made its way online. Dressed in their traditional best, the soon-to-be-married couple were all smiles as they posed for a picture with him too.

Celebs Share Mehendi Pics

Actresses Ananya Panday and Shanaya Kapoor took to their social media to share pictures of their looks and mehendi from the ceremony. While Shanaya opted for a pink traditional suit, Ananya set the temperature soaring in a purple lehenga with gold embroidery. The plunging neckline ensemble gave fans a little ‘Didi Tera Devar Deewana’ vibes. Check them out.

Anant-Radhika wedding

Anant and Radhika’s wedding ceremonies will kick off on Friday, July 12. The first ceremony of the 3-day-long festivities will be the auspicious Shubh Vivah – for which the dress code is Indian traditional. July 13 is the Shubh Aashirwad, and the dress code for the same is Indian formal. The wedding festivities will conclude on July 14 with the Mangal Utsav or the wedding reception. The dress code for this is Indian chic. All these functions will be held at the Jio World Centre in BKC.
