Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare’s wedding festivities begin with a workout and Rajasthani dance in Udaipur

Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare are legally husband and wife now but their grand wedding festivties started on Saturday. The couple along with their families and friends headed to Udaipur for a 3-day extravanganza. And considering how unique the couple is already, their festivities also started on a unique note.

On Friday, Aamir Khan was seen at the Kalina airport heading to Udaipur with son Azad for daughter Ira Khan’s wedding. And the bride herself has given a glimpse into the beginning of the festivities. It has started with a fun workout for the couple and their friends, which also include Ira’s best friend, actress Mithila Palkar. Ira shared a couple of pictures from the wedding venue, with the girls doing handstands while the guys are holding their legs.

Not just that, on her Instagram stories, Ira shared a cute picture of her and Nupur from inside the plane. The adorable picture has the bride resting on her groom’s shoulder and both of them sleeping peacefully. It is followed by a video of Mithila and Ira’s some more friends indulging in some traditional Rajasthani dance. They all seem to be having the time of their life.

Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare wedding details

Ira and Nupur had their marriage registered on January 3 in Mumbai. They grabbed a lot of eyeballs as Nupur signed his marriage licence in vest and shorts. While Ira also set some new bridal look trends with her smartwatch and kolhapuri chappals. The couple will now have a 3-day extravanganza in Udaipur from January 6-8. A traditional Maharashtrian wedding will take place on January 8. Aamir Khan and his ex wives Reena Dutt and Kiran Rao are also going to be there.
