Irrfan Khan makes his first on screen appearance after fighting cancer – watch video

Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan is one of the finest performers of this generation. The seasoned campaigner was going through a rough patch over the last 18 months. He was diagnosed with cancer and went abroad for the treatment. Irrfan has now made a successful return and started shooting for Homi Adajania’s ‘Angrezi Medium’. Now, the ‘Maqbool’ actor has made his first on-screen appearance after successfully fighting cancer. Yes, you have read that right!

Actor and former ‘Bigg Boss’ contestant Hiten Tejwani took to his Twitter account and wrote, “Wanted to work with my favourite actor #irfankhan sir ..and I got to work with him ..a pleasure and what a fine man he is ..#thankful.” Hiten also shared a video. The duo are working together in a commercial.

Irrfan Khan is an excellent actor and is always looking to improve. Producer of ‘Angrezi Medium’ Dinesh Vijan, in an interview with news agency IANS, also appreciated Irrfan. Dinesh said, “He is outstanding and mind-blowing. He is in top form. His character is going to be very memorable. He is such a special actor. He is a very strong human being. He takes care of the unit as much as the unit takes care of him.”
