Irrfan Khan has to say THIS about Kangana Ranaut

Recently, the gossip mills went abuzz with the news of Kangana Ranaut opting out of a project co-staring Irrfan Khan titled ‘Divine Lovers’. It was one big project being commissioned by French Film Commission, but at the last moment, Kangana Ranaut is said to walk out of the film. On the same issue, a source was quoted saying, “She made it clear that if she’s not the ‘hero’ of the film, she doesn’t want to do it.” Irrfan himself said that Kangana wants to be a hero and there can’t be two heroes in the film.

At a recent media interaction, Irrfan Khan was put in a rather awkward situation wherein he was asked whether he would work with Kangana Ranaut again to which he said, “Even she wants to be a hero and so do I. Now how can there be two heroes in one film?”

So does this mean that we would never get to see them working together in a film. Chances seem less, but there’s still hope as at the trailer launch of the his film ‘Madaari’, Irrfan said, “If there is any chance if I could work with Kangana I would love to. Even if I have to work with her as a heroine I would love to’.

Meanwhile, Zareen Khan has been roped in by the makers to portray the character which was initially crafted for Kangana Ranaut.
