Irrfan Khan to begin shooting for ‘Hindi Medium 2’?

Life is full of ups and downs and you cannot plan too far ahead! Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan is not only appreciated in India but also worldwide for his incredible acting skills. The ‘Maqbool’ actor last year was diagnosed with cancer and is undergoing treatment.

Irrfan Khan had later left the country for his treatment to London and shared glimpses of his work. Several speculations arose whether the actor would make it back onto the big screens any time soon, however, nothing much was disclosed. Irrfan was also supposed to start shooting for ‘Hindi Medium 2’, though nothing had been confirmed officially.

A source quoted by PinkVilla said, “Hindi Medium is going on floors on February 22. Costume Designers have already started looking for Irrfan’s outfits. The leading lady is yet to be decided.”

Peepingmoon reported that Irrfan Khan is in Mumbai and he is currently taking treatment at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai’s Andheri area. The portal also reported that Irrfan will also be visiting his hometown Jaipur.

The first film starred Saba Qamar along with Irrfan and was helmed by Saket Chaudhary. ‘Hindi Medium’ was greatly appreciated by audiences and critics alike.

Irrfan Khan in his long and distinguished career has given many memorable performances. The seasoned actor is known for his impeccable acting and goes by his instincts.

We sincerely hope Irrfan Khan returns to the silver screen soon and entertains the audience once again.
