Irrfan Khan’s son Babil Khan completes first schedule of debut film; says, ‘Story will always be bigger than you’

Late Irrfan Khan’s son Babil Khan is all set to make his silver screen debut. Yes, very soon Babil will be making his acting debut. After finishing the first schedule of his debut film, Babil took to his Instagram handle and penned a beautiful realisation.

Sharing a picture with his oldest friend Rabia, Babil wrote, “I have finished my first shooting schedule. Damn. Also with my childhood best friend bama side. In the process, I realised that it is absolutely necessary to remember that your self-importance will drown you if you’re not extremely careful and honest with yourself. You are part of a story and the story will always be bigger than you. (Whether you are an actor or not). Have a great day today!”

For reasons unknown, Babil later edited the above post which now reads as, “I realised that it is absolutely necessary to remember that your self-importance will drown you if you’re not extremely careful and honest with yourself. You are part of a story and the story will always be bigger than you. (Whether you are an actor or not). Have a great day today! (Also this is my friend Rabia, I have 3 friends in total, she is the oldest one.)”

As soon as Babil had shared the earlier post everyone poured in congratulatory messages for the young lad. Congratulating him, Qarib Qarib Singlle director  Tanuja Chandra wrote, “How wonderful, wish you an amazing debut.” Jaideep Ahlawat commented, “Congratulations Bhai.”

Reportedly, Babil will be seen alongside Laila Majnu actress Tripti Dimri. The film is apparently produced by Anushka Sharma’s Clean Slate Filmz production. The project is tentatively titled Qala.
