After the tragic demise of the veteran star Irrfan Khan, his son Babil Khan ensured to keep him alive in everyone’s thoughts by sharing some precious throwback photos of the actor. There never has been a moment where he has not shared a post on his father or even penned some deep and meaningful verse on his father. Having said that, Babil who made his acting debut with Qala took to his Instagram account on Wednesday and shared a sweet photo of his parents, Irrfan as well as his wife Sutapa Sikdar.
While sharing the picture, Babil even penned a poetic verse as a caption which is beautiful. The caption read, “My dreams are stirred in the smell of sand, after the last monsoon rain. I’ve kept my wounds open for you, for I’m afraid that scars can lie and I sure have learnt to feign. Looking for a painting in the cigarette stains between your fingertips and a memory in butane. You lit yourself on fire, you burned yourself away. Your ashes healed the soil, now in the wind, you play.”
Reacting to the post, Konkona Sensharma, Tisca Chopra and many more dropped heart emoticons under the post. Check out Babil’s post here:
