Irrfan Khan’s unseen picture with family goes viral; son Babil wishes mom Sutapa ‘extended Mother’s Day’

Irrfan Khan‘s untimely death left everyone in a state of shock. The actor passed away on April 29 after battling neuroendocrine cancer for two years. After his death, the actor’s elder son Babil has been sharing many videos and photos of his late father.

Today, Babil has shared a couple of throwback pictures of him with his mother Sutapa Sikdar and dad Irrfan Khan to wish his mom ‘extended Mother’s Day’.

“Long live the queen. Extended Mother’s Day,” he captioned the pictures sharing them on his Instagram handle. In the first pic, we see the mother-son duo and in the second one, Sutapa and Babil are seen posing with Irrfan.

Yesterday, Babil had shared a black and white picture of Irrfan and a video of him petting his cat.

After the death of his father, Babil thanked the fans for sending their condolences. He wrote, “I’m deeply grateful for all the condolences you beautiful friends are pouring in for me. Although, I hope you understand that right now I’m no being able to reply because my vocabulary is dizzy. I will get back to each one of you but just not right now. Thank you so much! I love you.”

We know Irrfan’s family is currently going through hard times and seeing the posts by Babil and Ayaan, we can feel how much they miss their father.
