Irrfan Khan’s wife Sutapa Sikdar shares his unseen pics and video with a heartfelt note; says, “I have no idea how to welcome 2021”

2020 was the most unprecedented year not only due to the Coronavirus pandemic, but we lost some of the gems of the industry. One among them is Irrfan Khan who left for his heavenly abode in April last year. It was not only a loss for his family but for the entire industry.

Irrfan’s wife Sutapa wrote a lengthy post on Facebook, remembering Irrfan and saying that she is finding it difficult to label 2020 as the worst year because ‘you were still there’. She also shared some precious pictures and a video of the actor along with the post.

Sutapa wrote on Facebook, “It’s so difficult to wish 2020 as the worst year as you were still there.last year this day next to me,gardening, busy building birds house how can I say goodbye to 2020!!Irrfan I have no idea how to welcome 2021!!”

Irrfan’s son Babil also remembered Irrfan by sharing pictures with him and wrote, “On to the next one without you, still with your compassion. Public ko Happy new year!”

Irrfan’s final project, ‘The Song Of Scorpions’, will release in theatres next year. Earlier this week, Babil shared the motion poster of the film and he wrote, “One more time, perhaps not the last. #thesongofscorpions”. Sutapa shared the poster and wrote, “A journey from the finite to the infinite. #thesongofscorpions #neverthelasttime.”

Irrfan died on April 29 after a two-year battle with neuroendocrine tumour.
