Is Aamir Khan doing the Ujjwal Nikam biopic? Here’s what we know

Aamir Khan is known for delivering engaging films including PK, Dangal and many more. From comic capers of actioners and real-life stories, Aamir Khan has won the hearts of the audience to the fullest and there’s no denying that. Now, Aamir Khan might team up with National Award-winning director Avinash Arun.

The two might possibly team up for a biopic on special public prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam.

Is Aamir Khan doing the biopic on Ujjwal Nikam?

Reportedly, Aamir Khan was said to co-produce the biopic along with Dinesh Vijan. Not just this, he was also said to star in the same. The national award-winning director Avinash Arun has delivered crafts like Paatal Lok, Killa, School of Lies and more. In a conversation with Indian Express, the director said that the film is at “very, very initial stage” and there is nothing concrete as of now.

He added, “I don’t know how that new came out because it truly is at a very initial discussion phase. It’s too soon to talk about it. I have a few thoughts, but nothing is concrete, nothing has materialised yet. Things are in the air right now.”

When asked if Aamir is doing the film, he said, “That’s what I am saying, it’s all in the clouds for now. There are interest of people, even I am interested in a lot of things. But it’s in the air. I’ll be very happy if it gets made because it is an interesting subject. I’m just doing my work for now.”

Speaking of Aamir Khan’s workfront, the actor has recently teamed up with Kiran Rao for Laapataa Ladies. The film is being made under Aamir Khan Productions in association with Jio Cinemas and will release next year.
