Ananya Panday opened up about her BFF Suhana Khan’s Bollywood debut with The Archies. The actress said that she isn’t insecure about her entry in Bollywood.

Chunky Panday’s daughter Ananya Panday and Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan are best friends. While Ananya is a few films old, Suhana is set to make her big Bollywood debut with Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies. In a recent interview, Ananya got candid as she revealed that her best friend is ‘confident’ about her Bollywood debut. Later, Ananya also clarified that she isn’t insecure about her BFF’s entry in Bollywood. Adding to that, Ananya said that she feels ‘competitive’.

Ananya spills the beans on BFF Suhana

When asked about competition in Bollywood, Ananya said, “I don’t feel insecure. I feel competitive. I have always been competitive. AndI think it’s good to have healthy competition because it keeps you motivated. It makes me want to work harder. It is inspiring whenever new talent comes because you get to see what good work is out there, you get to learn from people.”

Furthermore, Ananya said that Suhana is very confident about her debut. The actress shared, “She is not nervous. She is very confident and I think she is very good at what she does. So, I am actually very excited to see her. After The Archies teaser everyone is loving her.”

The Archies teaser released in June and it received a good response. The Zoya Akhtar directorial also stars Khushi Kapoor, Agastya Nanda, Mihir Ahuja, Dot, Yuvraj Menda, and Vedang Raina. The Archies is slated to release on Netflix but the date is not announced yet.

Ananya had shared her excitement for BFF Suhana’s debut in Bollywood. She had commented on Suhana’s Instagram about The Archies post saying, “Suziiiieeee pie (heart eyes emojis).”

The best friends are each other’s biggest support. Like Ananya, Suhana too often shares her excitement for Ananya’s projects.

While Suhana will make her Bollywood debut soon, Ananya is busy with her upcoming projects. The actress will be seen in Kho Gaye Hum Kahan. She reunites onscreen with Siddhant Chaturvedi after Gehraiyaan. The upcoming film also stars Adarsh Gourav. Apart from this, Ananya will be seen in Dream Girl 2 with Ayushmann Khurrana.
