Ever since the rumors began in August, his fans and followers have gone bonkers to watch him come back on-screen once again after an eight-year-long hiatus. Amidst the rumors, Imran Khan was recently spotted making a rare public appearance. And now, he has finally revealed when he will make his much-anticipated Bollywood comeback.

Imran Khan to end his eight-year-long sabbatical soon

Ever since Imran Khan starred in light-hearted rom-coms, he has kept winning hearts. However, he also witnessed some bumps in his entertainment career and decided to quit acting. Lately, the rumors of Imran Khan’s comeback have filled the netizens with hope. Recently, the actor attended an event and his fans cheered him to the fullest. Imran Khan finally broke the silence over his comeback and addressed the question. He said that currently, he does not have a clear answer to the question. But, he has been in conversation with filmmakers. With this, he said, “So Hopefully, next year.”

Imran Khan to star in a drama series?

For his comeback, it is being said that Imran Khan is reuniting with Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na director Abbas Tyrewala. As per reports, Imran Khan will make his comeback through an espionage thriller web series.

As Imran Khan was also spotted with filmmaker Vikramaditya Motwane recently, there might also be a potential project brewing as well!
