Is Jawan 2 happening? Shah Rukh Khan’s co-star Sanya Malhotra REVEALS

Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan is making headlines for all the right reasons. Shah Rukh Khan has delivered an impressive performance as Vikram, as well as Azaad. The actor has sported different looks in Jawan and he has absolutely killed it. Apart from SRK, Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra Priyamani, Girja Oak, Aaliyah Qureshi, and Eijaz Khan are also a part of the film. Talking about Sanya, in particular, she is one of the girls in SRK’s core team in Jawan. She played the role of Dr Eeram Malhotra.

Sanya Malhotra talks about Jawan 2

In a recent interview, Sanya Malhotra was asked if there is an extended cut of Jawan. The actress told Pinkvilla, “That shows how much people love the film and are invested in all of us. I would, as an audience, like to see an extended version as well and I hope they come out of it.”

When asked about the sequel, Sanya said, “If not that, I hope they make Jawan 2 and cast me in it.”

Before Jawan’s release, SRK’s fan had asked him about the sequel. King Khan had a quirky response as he replied saying, “Pehle yeh waali toh dekh lo… bachche ki jaan loge kya??!! #Jawan.”

On the other hand, Jawan’s climax dropped a major hint about the sequel.

Fans have loved SRK’s performance, as well as his chemistry with co-star Nayanthara. With Jawan, Nayanthara has made her debut in Bollywood. On the other hand, Deepika’s role in Jawan is short, but it has won fans’ hearts.

For the uninitiated, Jawan has collected Rs 621.12 crores at the global box office in 6 days. Given the craze for Jawan, the numbers are expected to grow.
