Is Katrina Kaif REALLY quitting Jee Le Zaraa? Here’s what we know

For quite some time now, actor Katrina Kaif has been hitting the headlines for Jee Le Zaraa. It was reported that she is quitting the movie for reasons better known to her. However, now, we have come to know that Katrina is not going anywhere but will DO Jee Le Zaraa. According to a report by ETimes, Katrina will be a part of it but there’s a slight delay in shooting.  

Katrina Kaif is NOT leaving Jee Le Zaraa

A source close to the production informed the portal, “Katrina Kaif is doing the film. One is tired of clarifying the same. There is only a slight delay in the mounting of the film.” Well, earlier, another report suggested that Priyanka Chopra has also backed out from the film.

Bollywood Hungama reported that Priyanka has chosen to exit the movie because of Citadel 2. A source informed them stating, “Priyanka had to make a choice between Citadel 2 and Jee Le Zara as both the projects were expected to be shot in the same time frame. After contemplating all aspects, she picked Citadel 2.0 over Jee Le Zara.”

As there were reports of Katrina and Priyanka backing out, rumours are rife that makers are looking for new people to fill the place. Reportedly, the makers are considering Anushka Sharma and Kiara Advani for the lead roles in the movie. However, nothing is confirmed yet. But we are eagerly waiting for the official announcement, even though we want the official cast only.

Jee Le Zaraa was announced during the pandemic with Alia Bhatt, Priyanka and Katrina headlining the movie. The movie is said to be a female version of Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. Zoya Akhtar will be directing the movie and Farhan Akhtar is the producer of the movie.
