Is this Shahid Kapoor’s look for ‘Padmavati’?

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming period drama ‘Padmavati‘ is all set to go on floors in September. The movie stars Deepika Padukone as the beautiful queen of Mewar. The role of her husband Raja Rawal Ratan Singh will be depicted by Shahid Kapoor with Ranveer Singh as Allaudin Khilji.

Though the director as yet has not made an official statement regarding the star cast of the movie, looks like the actors are already working on their looks for the film. Yes Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh are growing their beards to match the look of the 13 century emperors.

These rumours were further fueled by Shahid Kapoor’s recent selfie that he posted on his social account.

The intense look sported by the actor makes us wonder if this is his look in the upcoming historical drama ‘Padmavati’.

At present, the actor is spending as much time as possible with his pregnant wife Mira Rajput. The cute couple of Bollywood is awaiting the birth of their first child in September.
