Is ‘Total Dhamaal’ sequel on the cards? Indra Kumar answers

Ajay Devgn, Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit starrer comedy flick ‘Total Dhamaal’ is all set to hit the theatres in February. The Indra Kumar directorial is the third instalment of the hit ‘Dhamaal’ franchise and fans are eagerly awaiting its release. Recently, during an interaction with a popular tabloid, Indra Kumar revealed that he has already made plans for the fourth installment of the comedy riot.

In an interaction with Mid Day, Indra said that a ‘Dhamaal’ sequel is definitely on the cards and added that he has already registered two titles – ‘Triple Dhamaal’ and ‘Full On Dhamaal’ – for the next instalment of the franchise.

He further added, “I would want to repeat the cast in the next instalment. I missed Sanjay (Dutt) during the shoot of ‘Total Dhamaal’; he couldn’t do it because of date issues. But I will force him to join us in the next.”

The new character is a monkey called Crystal who is playing a pivotal role in the film. The trailer of the movie showcased the characters divided into two groups on a lookout for a hidden treasure.

‘Total Dhamaal’ also stars Esha Gupta, Boman Irani, Johnny Lever and Javed Jaffrey in vital roles. It is slated to hit the theatres on February 22.
