Shahid Kapoor celebrates his 42nd birthday this Saturday on February 25. The actor has been receiving wishes from all corners on his special day. Another special wish added to that list as Ishaan Khatter penned a sweet yet hilarious birthday note for brother Shahid Kapoor.

Taking to Instagram, Ishaan dropped an adorable photo of him and Shahid together. The younger brother looks super cute with his bushy curly hair and that million dollar smile. Whereas Shahid gives out the perfect elder sibling energy as he tries to instruct something to the person behind the camera.
Along with the adorable picture, Ishaan penned a sweeter note for his big bro. He wrote, “My elder tree, I may grow taller or even bushier… but it’s all because of your shade and nurturing. Love you and trouble you always. Happy birthday bade miyan (sic)”.

Both Shahid and Ishaan are very tight as brothers. They do have a lot of fun with each other, but during the difficult times as well, they stand by each other. They even take bike trips across the world with their boy gang. And the duo keeps dropping fun videos and pictures with each other, which sometimes even include Shahid’s wife Mira Rajput.
Not many people remember, but Shahid and Ishaan have even appeared in a film together. During his early days in the industry, Shahid starred in the film Vaah! Life Ho To Aisi with Amrita Rao and Sanjay Dutt. In the film, Ishaan acted as a child artist and played his nephew. Shahid and Ishaan truly show what a brotherly bond actually is like.

On the work front, Shahid recently had the release of his OTT debut, Farzi. The show received immense praise and the talks for Farzi 2 are already doing rounds. As for Ishaan, the young actor was last seen on the big screen in Phone Bhoot. Recently, he appeared in a short film by Vishal Bhardwaj, titled Fursat. Next up, he has the war drama, Pippa, alongside Mrunal Thakur and Priyanshu Painyuli. He is reportedly also a part of Farhan Akhtar’s directorial return Jee Le Zaraa. It stars Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif in the lead.
