Jackie Shroff shares a heartwarming message on World Thalassemia Day – watch video

Today is World Thalassemia day. Thalassemias are inherited blood disorders characterized by abnormal hemoglobin production. And Thalassemias are genetic disorders inherited from a person’s parents. Now, Jackie Shroff was quite emotional and shared a message on World Thalassemia day.

Thalassemics India took to their Twitter account and shared a video of Jackie Shroff. Jaggu Dada (in the video) is talking about how people should regularly check their blood. The ‘King Uncle’ actor is quite emotional and is helping people find out about what Thalassemia is and how people should prevent it. Jackie is also the brand ambassador of Thalassemics India.

Thalassemia is a very serious blood disorder disease and we need more people like Jackie Shroff to spread the message and educate people.

Meanwhile, Jackie Shroff will be next seen in Salman Khan starrer ‘Bharat’. In this film, he is playing the role of Salman’s father. ‘Bharat’ also stars Disha Patani, Katrina Kaif, Sunil Grover and Tabu in lead roles. The Ali Abbas Zafar directorial will be releasing on June 5, 2019.
