Janhvi Kapoor and family buy lavish duplex in Mumbai worth THIS whopping amount

Janhvi Kapoor is currently one of the most sought-after actresses of Bollywood. She has come a long way in her career by delivering some of the stellar performances. Janhvi stays with her father Boney Kapoor and sister Khushi Kapoor. As per reports, the Good Luck Jerry actress and her family have jointly bought a duplex apartment in Pali Hill Bandra West, Mumbai. They have reportedly bought it for an whopping amount of Rs 65 crore.

As per a report in Money Control, the documents have been accessed by Indextap.com and the details are shown there. The apartment, is with a carpet area of 6,421 sq ft, and is located on the first and second floors of the building. The apartment has an open garden area and a swimming pool on the first floor. The housing unit also has five car parking slots.

The same report stated that Boney and his daughters have paid a stamp duty of Rs 3.90 crore on the transaction. The deal was registered on October 12, 2022.

Janhvi, Khushi and Boney Kapoor are yet to comment on it.

For the unversed, in 2021, Janhvi Kapoor bought a property worth Rs 39 crore in Juhu in Mumbai. But, she reportedly sold her 3,456 sq ft apartment to RajKummar Rao for Rs 44 crore.

Meanwhile, Janhvi’s movie Mili produced by her dad has released in theatres today (November 4). The movie has got mixed reviews. However, Janhvi’s performance has been raved a lot. The survival thriller also stars Sunny Kaushal.
