Janhvi Kapoor buys a plush new house in Juhu for a whopping Rs 39 crore?

‘Dhadak’ star and Sridevi’s daughter Janhvi Kapoor has reportedly bought a new abode for herself in the city. The young actress is said to have bought an apartment in Juhu for a whopping Rs 39 crore.

According to a report by Square Feat India, Janhvi finalised the deal of a triplex in Juhu on December 7 last year. The building is named Arya and Janvhi has booked the 14th, 15th and 16th floor of the building.

The report further stated that the carpet area of the flat as per the documents is 3,456 square feet. Janhvi registered her house with the Department of Registration and Stamps on December 10 with reportedly a stamp duty of Rs 78 lakh. The actress is said to have access to 6 parking spots in the building. With her new purchase, Janhvi will become one of the many celebrities who reside in Juhu.

Earlier in an interview with Barkha Dutt, Janhvi had opened up about being extremely lucky with her career. “I haven’t had to deal with the kind of things that most women have to deal with. Because I do come from a slightly more privileged background and so I have been extremely lucky in the way that I have been treated and the opportunities that I have gotten,” she had shared.
