Amidst preparations for the release of her forthcoming movie ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi,’ Janhvi’s journey has been marked by resilience, including overcoming challenges like a shoulder dislocation during two years of rigorous training. Recently, at a promotional event, she captivated attention in a striking red dress adorned with seasonal ball designs at the back, showcasing her penchant for innovation. What’s intriguing is that this creative idea was conceptualised by Janhvi herself, reflecting her multifaceted talents beyond acting.

With ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi’ centred around love and cricket, Janhvi’s recent caption on social media, “Miliye Mr aur Mrs Mahi se, inke liye life is cricket aur cricket is life,” heightens anticipation for the film’s release, positioning it as a must-watch in theatres. Furthermore, Janhvi’s attention to detail extends to her promotional outfits, as evidenced by her recent attire featuring a purple blouse paired with a black and white skirt, with the number 6. When queried by a paparazzi, she revealed, “Iss Mahi ka jersey number 6 hai!”

In a recent AMA session with fans, she addressed queries about her fashion choices and responded to comparisons with Zendaya. Janhvi expressed admiration for Uorfi Javed and her bold, experimental fashion choices, highlighting the importance of embracing diverse influences to shape one’s unique style.

She emphasised the significance of method dressing, particularly when promoting films, citing her own experience with ‘Dhadak.’ She stated, “I think I am very heavily inspired by what she did for her ‘Challengers’ and ‘Dune’ promotions. And not just her, I think; even Uorfi (Javed) is creative with her fashion. I feel like, as actors, we should all encourage method dressing or dressing similar to the characters when you are promoting your films. I have never really done it except for ‘Dhadak’.“
