Earlier this week, actress Janhvi Kapoor was hospitalised in Mumbai due to severe food poisoning. Times Now reported that her father, sister Khushi Kapoor, and alleged boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya have been by her side, taking care of her throughout the ordeal. Janhvi had returned to Mumbai from Chennai on Tuesday and began feeling unwell on Wednesday, deciding to stay home. A source close to the actor previously informed Hindustan Times that Janhvi was admitted to a hospital in South Mumbai on Thursday due to a ‘severe case of food poisoning’. At the time, it was noted that she was on the road to recovery but still struggling with weakness.

She has now been discharged and is recovering well. According to the reports of Zoom, Janhvi is back home, with her father Boney Kapoor confirming the news, “She was discharged this morning. She is much better now.”
