Good Luck Jerry trailer: Janhvi Kapoor is not as innocent as she looks in this dark comedy

Actor Janhvi Kapoor has now released the new trailer of Good Luck Jerry which looks quite entertaining. The trailer is about a girl-next-door girl who just wants some money to save her mother. In the trailer, Janhvi aka Jerry goes to a drug dealer for a new job. However, she is being denied stating that it is not a job for the women. Nevertheless, she is appointed for the job but things get a little complicated when the police get involved.

Janhvi becomes the best drug dealer and smuggles with utmost ease, right under the nose of the police. But the twist in the plot is when Jerry is not as innocent as she looks like. She is more than meets the eyes. But will she get caught? Will she be successful in scamming her business partners? Well, that can only be answered after the movie is released.

The Good Luck Jerry trailer is an intriguing tale of Jerry which is nicely laced with dark humour. Sharing the trailer on social media, Janhvi Kapoor captioned, “FINALLY! Miliye Jerry se. After wrapping up the shoot of the film, Janhvi took to her Instagram account and shared some behind-the-scenes pictures from the shoot. She wrote in the caption, “I can’t believe it’s a film wrap. So many things have happened, changed, evolved, been learnt and unlearnt during the course of and because of this shoot. But through all of it I used to be so excited to come to set and see all these faces and trouble them and laugh with them and work tirelessly and unitedly to create something that was exciting all of us. I’ll miss all of you – is a massive understatement. And Thank You for everything (sic)”

Janhvi Kapoor starring Good Luck Jerry will be streaming on Disney+ Hotstar on July 29. The film is directed by Siddharth Sen and is produced by Aanand L Rai.
