Actor Janhvi Kapoor reportedly has been hospitalised on Thursday due to food poisoning. According to the Times Now report, Janhvi has been bedridden as she is feeling weak. Only recently, she launched the trailer of her upcoming film, Ulajh; however, she has been rushed to the hospital due to her health deteriorating.

A source told the portal, “It’s a severe case of food poisoning. On Wednesday, Janhvi was bedridden at home, feeling very frail weak, and anxious. She postponed all her appointments on Wednesday and for the rest of the week. On Thursday, she felt even worse.” They added, “So, the family decided to get her proper medical attention and got her admitted into the hospital. She is on the way to recovery now, though still very weak. She is expected to be discharged by Friday.”

Meanwhile, Janhvi is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film, Ulajh. Janhvi plays the role of Suhana Bhatia, who is appointed as India’s youngest deputy high commissioner in Indian Foreign Services.
