Janhvi Kapoor recalls how mom Sridevi would make her birthday celebrations ‘special’

Sridevi and Boney Kapoor’s elder daughter, Janhvi Kapoor is among the most talked-about actresses in B-town. The star kid had marked her Bollywood debut with ‘Dhadak’ and she has some of the most interesting projects in her kitty right now. Janhvi is celebrating her 23rd birthday today. The young actress recently opened up about how her late mother, Sridevi would make her feel pampered on her special day.

Speaking to Mumbai Mirror, Janhvi revealed how her whole family especially her mother would make her feel special on her birthdays.  “They would decorate my room with balloons and make everything feel special. Be it the conversations on the couch or the cake-cutting. Mom would make me feel pampered. Dad does it every day even now,” shared the ‘Dhadak’ actress.

Janhvi Kapoor surely inspires us the way she has picked up herself and started focusing on her career post her mother’s death. The actress never misses out on making the most of her time with her family members. This year she celebrated her birthday with a special dinner at sister Anshula’s place.

On the work front, Janhvi Kapoor is currently looking forward to release some of her interesting films, such as the Gunjan Saxena’s biopic, ‘Roohi Afzana’, ‘Dostana 2’ and ‘Takht’ to name a few. The pretty actress was last seen in Zoya Akhtar’s Netflix web series ‘Ghost Stories’.
