Janhvi Kapoor OPENS UP about losing late mother Sridevi, calls it the toughest time of her life

Janhvi Kapoor put her first step into Bollywood with her debut film Dhadak alongside Ishaan Khattar. Amidst this new journey, the actress also faced a miserable phase as she lost her mom Sridevi during the shooting for her debut film. Unlike any other human, she also found it challenging to give her best to the film, despite the hardship she went through.

Speaking about the tragic time she had to face when she lost her mom, the actress terms this as the biggest war she had to face in her journey. In an interview with Pinkvilla, the actress revealed that the toughest time she ever faced was to figure out to deal with her mother’s loss as well as to still keep working.

Despite the hardship, the actress never failed to impress her fans and followers in Shashank Khaitan’s Dhadak and the films followed after. Now, Janhvi is all set to amaze everyone with her upcoming film titled Bawaal. Yes, she is set to create Bawaal alongside the Bhediya actor Varun Dhawan. Currently, the two are busy promoting their film.

About Bawaal

The trailer of Bawaal was released a few days ago and there’s no doubt that the fans are left stunned after watching it. Though, this is the first time that Varun and Janhvi are collaborating together for the film. Along with the stunning trailer, the duo have also taken to their Instagram handles and have dropped a song from their film. The song Tumhe Kitna Pyaar Karte was released a few days ago whereas the fresh new song Dil Se Dil Tak will release today. However, the teaser for the same was dropped yesterday.

Bawaal release date

Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Dhawan starrer Bawaal is directed by Nitesh Tiwari. The action/drama film will have an OTT release on Amazon Prime this month on 21 July, just a few days to go! Bawaal star cast also incudes Parth Siddhpura alongside Varun and Janhvi.
