Janhvi Kapoor to make her Telugu debut with Vijay Deverakonda?

Janhvi Kapoor had made her foray into Bollywood with ‘Dhadak’ opposite Ishaan Khatter. She has won our hearts with her performance in the movie. Currently, Janhvi has a lot of movies in her kitty. She has started shooting for some, while some are yet to be shot. Now, as per a report in ETimes, Janhvi has signed a Telugu movie opposite none other than South star Vijay Deverakonda. The movie will be directed by Puri Jagannadh.

The report further stated that the film is likely to go on floors in the coming months. Puri Jagannadh will back the movie with Charmme Kaur under the banners of Puri Jagannadh Touring Talkies and Puri Connects. Till now no official confirmation has been made.

If this news happens to be true, we would love to see Janhvi and Vijay sharing the same screen together.

Earlier in ‘Koffee With Karan Season 6’, Jahnvi revealed that she wants to act with Vijay Deverakonda. During the rapid-fire round, when host Karan asked her if she were to wake up as a male actor, who would it be, Janhvi said, “Vijay Deverakonda. I think he is extremely talented and I would immediately do a film with myself.”

On the work front, Janhvi will be seen in ‘Kargil Girl’, ‘RoohiAfza’, ‘Dostana 2’ and ‘Takht’.
