Aamir Khan’s ‘Ghulam’ co-actor Javed Hyder’s videos of selling vegetables have been doing the rounds since a few days. It went viral after actress and ‘Bigg Boss’ fame Dolly Bindra posted a TikTok video of Javed selling tomatoes. She wrote in her tweet that Javed is out of work due to the coronavirus lockdown.
We got in touch with Javed to know if he is really having a financial crisis. Javed said that he is not facing any such crisis. He revealed, “Main bhaji wala nahi hoon. TikTok main naya kuch lana tha kyunki maine abhi abhi join kiya hain. Abhi jo desh ki halat hain, log suicide kar rahe, chori kar rahe, woh sab na karke himmat na haar ke mehnaat kare, bas yahi message pohchani thi” (I’m not a vegetable seller. I joined TikTok recently and wanted to do something new with the right message. So, came up with this idea. The current situation in the country is very bad. There are suicide case, theft and robbery everywhere. So, through my videos I want to send this message to people not to lose hope and work hard).
