Jaya Bachchan shoves a fan who got too close for a selfie during her Howrah rally; watch viral video

Actress-turned-politician and Samajwadi Party MP Jaya Bachchan is currently campaigning for Mamata Banerjee’s Trinamool Congress in Kolkata. Amidst the pandemic, the veteran actress was seen attending a roadshow at Howrah. In a viral video that emerged from the rally, Jaya is seen shoving a fan who got too close for a selfie.

Jaya Bachchan is known for not mincing words and calling a spade a spade. The actress is also known for reprimanding fans and media personnel whenever they cross the line. And this time too it was no different.

In the viral video, the Silsila actress is seen in a mustard saree waving to the crowd at the rally from her vehicle. Adhering to the Covid protocols, the veteran actress was seen wearing a mask. And when a fan tried to get too close to her vehicle for a selfie, Jaya immediately shoved him away.

It’s quite understandable that Jaya might have lost her temper as the fan who tried to take the selfie was not even wearing a mask. Meanwhile, the Samajwadi Party MP will be doing roadshows and rallies till April 11.

Meanwhile, the veteran actress celebrated 73rd on April 9. The actress was last seen in R Balki’s Ki & Ka.
