2018 has been a great year for Jim Sarbh, with films like ‘Padmaavat’ and ‘Sanju’ minting big money at the box office. Even though Jim appeared for a short duration, he left an impact with his powerful performance.
Sarbh will next be seen in ‘Made In Heaven’, an Amazon Prime Original show. At the show’s press conference, the anchor asked Arjun Mathur (who plays a bisexual) a question about his character’s sexuality. Sarbh wasn’t too pleased and he voiced his displeasure. “I know he answered it really well, but you’ve reduced an extremely complicated character with many motivations and many interesting things to just his sexuality which I personally disagree with. So I personally disagree with the question right of the bat,” he said.
Well, well, we hope the anchor will be more careful next time.
We have to say that we love Jim Sarbh’s attitude and he is definitely an actor to watch out for. In an earlier interview with Zoom TV, he had said that he would like to do more than just villainous roles. “I am not going to play a villain for a while. It’s not because I don’t like that kind of acting or don’t want to do it, but because I want to try other things now. One must say no to some opportunities to open the possibilities of others. Else, I will only remain a bad guy,” he said.
