When John Abraham and Aisha Sharma literally cleaned a beach for ‘Paniyon Sa’ song

Our B-town celebs are very active when it comes to lending their support for any social causes. Our actors have supported some really worthy causes like stray animal adoption, saving trees, banning plastic among several others. And for quite some time now we have even seen them taking up clean up drives.

Recently, while shooting for the romantic ‘Paniyon Sa‘ song for his upcoming vigilante action thriller ‘Satyameva Jayate‘, John Abraham and his co-star Aisha Sharma took up the task of cleaning the Erangal beach in Madh Island. Interestingly, their clean up action was even retained in the song!

A source close to the development told Mumbai Mirror, “The idea was to film a romantic song by the beach, but it was littered with garbage. Since the team had to wrap up quickly as high tide was expected later in the day, the actors, who’d arrived for an early morning shift, joined the crew in cleaning the spot. Later, it became a part of the song.”

Confirming the story, director Milap Zaveri told the tabloid, “There is a lovely moment in the song where John and Aisha meet during the beach cleaning drive. Both took the activity seriously and actually cleaned the beach in the shots.”

Wow, isn’t that great guys? How nice it is to double up your work with a great social cause! We really appreciate John and his team of ‘Satyameva Jayate’ for cleaning the beach.

Written & Directed by Milap Milan Zaveri, ‘Satyameva Jayate’ is all set to hit the silver screens on August 15, 2018.
