John Abraham buys a lavish bungalow in Mumbai at whopping Rs 70.83 crore, details inside

John Abraham is one of most popular actors in Bollywood. He is currently grabbing attention as it is being said that he purchased a lavish bungalow in Mumbai’s Khar area at a whopping price. For the uninitiated, the property, valued at Rs 70.83 crore, spans a significant 5, 416 sq ft. Reportedly, John has acquired the land of 7,722 sq ft on which the bungalow is located.

The property 372 Nirmal Bhavan, is a building with two floors above the ground level. The property belongs to 81-year-old Pravin Nathalal Shah, a resident of Pennsylvania, USA, and his family. And as per reports, the deal was officially registered on December 27, 2023, and was revealed through property registration papers obtained by IndexTap.com. As per moneycontrol.com, John paid a stamp duty of Rs 4.24 crore for the property.

The actor currently lives in a sea-facing penthouse at Hiten Apartments, Bandra (W). On the other hand, John is yet to react to the reports.

John’s upcoming movies

On the work front, John delivered a terrific performance in Siddharth Anand’s Pathaan last year. The actor’s villainous avatar won hearts. Pathaan also starred Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone.

On the other hand, John will be next seen in Vedaa. The upcoming film also stars Sharwari Wagh and Tamannaah Bhatia. Vedaa went on floors in June last year. John had shared photos with the team on his Instagram along with the caption, “Lights, camera, and action! Vedaa hits the floors. Get ready to witness adrenaline-pumping action in our next, #Vedaa with @sharvari, directed by @nikkhiladvani, produced by @zeestudiosofficial, @emmaventertainment & @johnabrahament.”

Apart from this, John also has Tehran in the pipeline.
