John Abraham emphasises on the need for women to learn self defense

Actor John Abraham is all geared up for his next action venture, ‘Force 2’, which will also see his co-star, Sonakshi Sinha perform some high octane action sequences.

This is not the first time that a Bollywood heroine will be seen doing hand to hand combat in a movie. Shraddha Kapoor was seen performing action in ‘Baaghi’, whereas Sonakshi was also earlier seen doing action in ‘Akira.’

When asked John as to how important it is for a girl to learn self-defense, he says, “I think it’s important for women to learn self defense. Period. Everybody.. from you to anybody. Not necessarily only Sonakshi or Shraddha or someone.. everyone should learn self defense because we are living in a society where men are slightly demented and they deserve a beating.. Not a beating but they deserve disciplining.”

He adds, “Sonakshi has got that power in hand. Anyone messes with her.. BOOM! Out! So every woman should learn self defense because it’s good for them.”

‘Force 2’, directed by Abhinay Deo also stars Tahir Raj Basin.
